We pretty much knew what model/trim level we wanted on our next car but couldn’t find it locally. We actually made it another dealer who wouldn’t help us locate what we wanted. My salesman Kyle Durbin went above and beyond to get me great value for my trade, an amazing APR, and drove all the way to Tennessee and back to get me my car sooner so we didn't have to wait on the other that was stuck in KC. Our experience was seamless. Lance did a great job of communicating and keeping us informed. This is very important in general, but since we live in KY, it eased our worries and doubts of doing business long distance. The vehicle we purchased was as Lance stated and the website’s description. Lance had our Palisade detailed and pulled up front, waiting for our arrival. I got my new Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Sport 2025 last Saturday and words can't describe how satisfied I am! Lance was very patient with me, as I had lots of questions and close to no time.
